Anxiety 3

Anxiety is rough, and it's hard to reach out when you're struggling. Notice when others are struggling and reach out to them, and remember to notice your own pressure points and ask for help when you need it.

Anxiety 2

Anxiety for me is not a constant issue but it does flair up occasionally and hopefully it's not at an inconvenient time. Haha, it's always at an inconvenient time, when there is too much going on and it all needs to get done and I feel like this picture, all constricted with no escape. Prayer is critical here, provided you have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and also having someone (spouse, friend, sibling) who notices that I am getting overwhelmed and can pray for and with me. It's hard to reach out, so try to notice those around you who could be struggling and might feel unable to reach out.

Anxiety 1

So this week is a series on anxiety and how it sometimes feels. Everyone with anxiety feels it different ways but one rather common thing is that the person will say they are fine when in reality they are panicking on the inside. So look around you and notice the people in your life! Do they have struggles? Help them out.
