We went to see the new Aladdin movie with our two oldest nieces and it was a nice time. The remake didn't stray too far from the original material, and the music was nice. The costuming was vibrant and I think they did a good job of casting but that's always a hotly debated topic. I think the Disney movies with humans as main characters can be improved with a live-action remake, but I'm not a huge fan of the animal ones getting remade. I am a rather big fan of traditional animation - I like sketching and I like the look of hand-drawn cartoons/comics :)
