There's at least one old song I vaguely remember from my youth that mentions "Oh Beulah land, sweet Beulah land" and that's what inspired this tea comic idea. When the Exodus-ing Israelites were searching for the Promised Land (later in Isaiah called Beulah, which many old hymns use to refer to Israel's land), it was described as a place flowing with milk and honey.
"As on thy highest mount I stand" - that's the next part of the lyrics!
