As I'm posting this, I am realizing that Captain Oblivious hasn't made an appearance in my comics in a while. Maybe I should fix that. Who knows. This could be a sneaky appearance by CO - is the mantle now held by a woman??? Captain is a gender-neutral term, so maybe? Also, nurses put up with a lot and I don't know how they keep a straight face when there's people like CO.
