It must be an important church if it has a cardinal! I don't actually know how the Catholic church hierarchy works (I'm not Catholic) but I'm pretty sure each church doesn't get a cardinal. But if your church is in the forest, who knows how many cardinals you would have. Now I'm thinking about the Three Musketeers - I'm pretty sure there was a cardinal involved. Yep, Cardinal Richelieu.
